Jules Cafferkey

Jules Cafferkey is an experienced professional currently serving as Claims Delivery Manager at esure Group, overseeing two squads in Digital Claims and Claims Core Optimisation since August 2021. Previously, Jules held the position of Lead Delivery Manager for the Blueprint Digital Transformation Programme. Prior to joining esure Group, Jules spent over a decade at Accenture, starting as a Technology Delivery Lead Manager in Financial Services and leading various impactful projects, including PSD2 and regulatory compliance initiatives. Jules also worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture Ireland and as a Senior Associate in Deloitte's Tax Management Consulting Department. Early career experience includes a significant internship with British Airways. Jules holds a MA Joint Honours in Management Studies and Political Economy from the University of Aberdeen and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Practice from the Mountbatten Program.
