Katherine P.

Katherine P. is a seasoned Senior User Experience Researcher currently working at esure Group since August 2022, following a similar role at Aviva from May 2021 to August 2022. With a strong background in customer insights and research, Katherine served as a Customer Insights Manager at CIPD from November 2015 to May 2021, and previously worked as a Research Manager at him! and Sky. Katherine also has experience as a Research Consultant at Research Now and an Account Manager at Mediaocean. In addition to research roles, Katherine worked as a self-employed Yoga Instructor from May 2010 to January 2021. Katherine holds a BA in International Business with French from Sheffield Hallam University, complemented by studies at ESPEME Lille, France.
