August Johannesen

August Johannesen started their work experience at ESVAGT A/S in 2016 as an Ordinary Seaman until February 2019. August then progressed to roles such as 1. Officer in July 2019 before becoming the Chief Officer in April 2021, a position they currently hold.

August Johannesen completed their Ordinary Seaman degree in Maritime Studies at MARTEC Alumni in 2013. August then pursued their studies at Marstal Navigationsskole from 2018 to 2020 to become a Master Mariner. Additionally, they hold a certification as an Ordinary Ship's Assistant from the Danish Maritime Authority.
