Dean McDonnell

Dean McDonnell is a seasoned technology and solutions leader with over 14 years of global experience, currently serving as the Head of Solution Engineering, EMEA at ESW. They previously held positions at Stripe as a Senior Technical Account Manager and at Intercom as a Senior Presales Engineer, where they excelled in client engagement and technical solution design. Dean began their career in IT support and later founded a web design business, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to client satisfaction. Dean earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
