Ella McNiven possesses a diverse background in retail and project management, with experience at Debenhams and H&M as a Sales Associate and Sales Assistant, respectively. In addition to retail, Ella worked as a Bartender at Aiken Promotions and progressed to roles in project management, serving as a Shared Services Executive at Archer - The IT Recruitment Consultancy, followed by a Junior Project Manager and Project Manager at Clarity Engagement Solutions.
