Federica Ronchi

Federica Ronchi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Since 2023, they have been working at ESW as the Country Manager & VP Sales, Italy, where they focus on improving global shopping experiences for retailers and brands. Prior to this, they served as the Country Manager Italy at Clearpay (Afterpay Ltd) from 2019 to 2023. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at eBay as the Head of Consumer Electronics Goods for Italy, France, and Spain. Federica also held various roles at Monclick, starting as the Sales & Marketing Director from 2005 to 2014, and later becoming the General Manager from 2014 to 2018.
