Mark O'Neill

Mark O'Neill is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at ESW since May 2024. Previously, Mark held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Boylesports from May 2016 to May 2024, overseeing the financial performance and governance of the group. Mark also served as Global Operations Finance Director at Kerry from July 2010 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing Operations Finance activities across over 150 manufacturing sites and implementing a Global Performance Management strategy. In addition, Mark was EMEA Finance Director for Operations & Process Improvement at Kerry, focusing on financial operations and process optimization in the EMEA region. Mark started the career as Finance Director at O'Briens Irish Sandwich Bars, working there from October 2005 to July 2010. Educational background includes studies at Griffith College Dublin.
