Stephanie Bracero

Stephanie Bracero, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and operations management. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at ESW, Stephanie focuses on enterprise accounts. Previously at Extensiv, Stephanie excelled as a Customer Success Manager II, earning recognition as President’s Club winner and CSM of the Year in 2022, while achieving 109% to the churn goal and 148% to the upsell goal. As Director of Operations at European Wax Center, Stephanie significantly increased customer service usage, leading the location to achieve the highest ticket count nationwide and the first to surpass $2 million in sales within a year of promotion. Early career roles at Planet Fitness and IT Help Desk positions at Purchase College and Tourneau|Bucherer laid the groundwork for a successful career trajectory in management and customer service.
