Ajay Sinha

Ajay Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ajay is currently the Director of Operations at Esyasoft Technology. Prior to this, they worked at Schneider Electric as the General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Before joining Schneider Electric, they held various positions at Larsen & Toubro, including Deputy General Manager Project, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager. Ajay also worked as a Lead Engineer at Honeywell Process Solutions and as a Senior Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Ajay started their career as an Engineer at LORDS DISTILLERY LIMITED.

Ajay Sinha completed a Master's program in Business and Project Management at SDA Bocconi Asia Center from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Post Graduate degree in Thermal Power Plant from the National Power Training Institute (ER), Durgapur in 2004-2005. Ajay also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Ajay has obtained various certifications including Energy Auditor from the Bureau of Energy efficiency, Govt. of India in 2013, Expert in Diasys Netmation DCS from MHI, Japan in 2011, IPMA Level-D from PMI, USA in 2008, and Certified CESAM Associate from CESAM Community.
