Amy Spencer

Amy Spencer has been a Tech Recruiter at esynergy since 2017, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition and development initiatives to cultivate a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive community. Amy oversees all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, resource management, and onboarding. Prior to this role, Amy worked as a Recruitment Resourcer at Sugarman Group from 2016 to 2017. Amy is currently affiliated with the University of the Arts London since 2009.
