Annaliese Lamb

Annaliese Lamb is an experienced user researcher and design lead with a focus on user-centered digital solutions. Currently serving as the Lead User Researcher at the Department for Education since March 2022, Annaliese has also held significant positions such as E-Synergy Lead Associate at eSynergy Solutions and Director at Utilising Insights Ltd, providing training, consultation, and research services. Previous roles include Design Lead at FutureGov, Lead User Researcher at HM Land Registry, and UX Research Manager at The Co-operative Bank plc, among others. Annaliese possesses an MSc in Investigative Psychology from The University of Huddersfield and a BSc in Neuropsychology from the University of Central Lancashire.
