Damiano Casafina

Damiano Casafina is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management within the watch and engineering industries. Currently serving as a member of the Executive Group Management Board at Swatch Group since March 2018, and as the Chief Executive Officer of ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse since February 2021, Damiano has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives. Additional roles include Executive Manager at Swatch Ltd. since August 2019 and previous leadership positions at RÖHM GmbH and CERATIZIT GROUP, where skills in R&D and quality management were honed. Educational qualifications include a Management Diploma from SFB Schweiz and training at Swissmem Zürich Kaderschule.
