Etactics
Bill Salm, Jr. has a diverse work experience. Bill started their career at ImagePro, Ltd in 1997, where they served as the President/Owner. Bill successfully grew the company's revenues to exceed $10 million annually in ten years. In 2007, they sold the business to Toshiba. From 2008 to 2011, Bill worked as the VP of Sales at TML, a Xerox Co. In 2012, they joined Etactics, Inc. as the Director of Business Development, where they played a crucial role in providing innovative SaaS solutions to clients. In 2013, they were promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Etactics, overseeing software development, project management, customer service, and marketing & sales efforts. In 2020, they became the President of Etactics, where they are responsible for establishing the company's goals and strategies while ensuring revenue cycle solutions meet customer cash flow goals.
Bill Salm, Jr. attended Lakewood St. Edward High School from 1977 to 1981. Bill then went on to Denison University where they completed their Bachelor's degree in English Literature from 1981 to 1985.

Etactics was established in June of 1999. Our software company was originally formed to provide Revenue Cycle Management services to healthcare providers.
