Elma Mavric has extensive experience in education and media production, currently serving as an Online English Teacher at eTalk since February 2019 and as a Producer at Sandzak TV since February 2012. Additionally, Elma has held the position of Marketing Director at the International University of Novi Pazar since February 2008, overseeing commercials, advertising, and educational TV shows. Elma is also an Assistant Professor of English and has previously worked as a Professional Organizer and Elementary School Teacher. Elma holds a Master's degree in Methodology from Internacionalni Univerzitet u Novom Pazaru, earned between 2002 and 2006.
