Dennis Kronig

Dennis Kronig has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Dennis is currently working as a Lead Strategy and M&A Manager at ETAS. In addition, they are also a Lecturer at Nürtingen-Geislingen University. Prior to these positions, Dennis worked as a Senior Consultant at MHP – A Porsche Company, where they served clients in Automotive, Manufacturing, and Financial Services. Dennis also held roles as a Consultant and Thesis Student at MHP, where they focused on digitalization and technology-based business models. Before joining MHP, Dennis worked in Controlling at Bosch, specifically in diesel fuel injection equipment for passenger cars and light-duty commercial vehicles. Dennis started their professional career as a Federal Volunteer at Bhz Stuttgart e.V.

Dennis Kronig completed their education at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in M&A and Corporate Law from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Business Law from Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, and AWS Solutions Training for Partners from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020.
