Heiner Markert

Heiner Markert has extensive work experience in the fields of machine learning and project management. Heiner started their career at Bosch in 2008, where they held various roles including researcher, project manager, group manager, and senior project manager in machine learning. During their time at Bosch, they were responsible for leading applied machine learning projects and conducting research in the field. In 2020, they joined ETAS as a project director, overseeing various projects. Heiner is currently working as a Product Field Engineer & CPO Test Products at ETAS.

Heiner Markert obtained a Ph.D. in Neural Information Processing from Ulm University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they received a Diplom degree in Mathematics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, completing their studies between 1997 and 2003. Heiner also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe 6 Practice Consultant, which they obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2023.
