Richard Mutschler

Richard Mutschler has extensive experience in leadership and project management roles within the technology sector, particularly in agile frameworks and organizational transformation. At ETAS since January 2014, Richard serves as Head of LACE, overseeing operational excellence in value identification, creation, and capturing, along with organizational design and coaching of transformation projects. Notable achievements include developing an organizational blueprint that integrates agile methodologies with Viable Systems Model governance and successfully leading multiple M&A projects. Previously at Robert Bosch LLC, Richard facilitated customer acquisition in North America while managing key projects for major automotive clients. Richard holds a Diplom-Informatiker degree from the University of Applied Sciences Worms.
