Kristen Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government relations and tax credit processing. Currently serving as a Government Relations Specialist at Synergi Partners since January 2018, Kristen focuses on establishing strong connections with WOTC state agencies across the United States and enhancing processes to better serve clients. As the Director of WOTC Processing at Neonworks and previously as WOTC State Liaison Manager, Kristen has developed vital relationships with state offices to optimize workflows and reduce corporate tax liabilities for clients. In a long-standing role as Contract Intake Specialist at TaxBreak, Kristen reviews client contracts and assesses tax credit potential, ensuring that businesses maximize their benefits. Earlier experience includes a position as Client Relations Manager, where Kristen enhanced compliance and processing methods for tax credit screenings, and a role as a Marketing Assistant at Cobbs, Allen & Hall.
