Claudia Albornoz Villota has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Claudia is currently the Marketing Director for Business and Smart Cities at ETB, where they are responsible for defining marketing strategies for corporate and government segments. Prior to that, they worked as the Marketing and Communications Director at BODYTECH COLOMBIA, where they led a team focused on brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue generation. Claudia also worked as a Senior Manager of Operations at Concentrix, overseeing the operational objectives for the MercadoLibre Hispanos account. Claudia has also held roles at Web.com, Carvajal Información, Universidad de los Andes, Avantel S.A.S, and Dasigno S.A., where they gained experience in product marketing, digital solutions, software development, and project management.

Claudia Albornoz Villota has a diverse education history. In 1999 to 2005, they obtained a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Universidad del Cauca. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued an Especialista Mercadeo degree from Universidad de Los Andes, specializing in Marketing. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they completed their Magister en Mercadeo degree from the same institution. In 2019 to 2020, Claudia attended MIT Professional Education, focusing on Digital Transformation: Technologies and their Practical Applications. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Scrum Developer Professional Certificate, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate, Scrum Master Professional Certificate, Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate, and Habilidades Gerenciales from Universidad de los Andes - Colombia.
