Previously, Dian was the Agency Owner at Carlisle Etcetera LLC from 2001 to 2013 and President/Owner at The Dorsey Sales Consulting Group, Inc. from 1985 to 2001. Dorsey holds a BS in Marketing and Psychology from Western Michigan University. Dian specializes in fashion consulting and sales training, with a focus on developing custom training programs for various industries.
