David Behan

David Behan is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (MCIBSE) with extensive experience in the engineering consultancy sector. Since October 2021, David has served as Director at etch Associates. Prior to this, David held various leadership roles at QODA Consulting from May 2017 to October 2021, including Director and Associate Director, as well as a position as Associate. David's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Hoare Lea from July 2010 to May 2017 and as Project Manager at L. Lynch & Co from August 2003 to September 2008. David is an alumnus of Technological University Dublin.
