Carter Wilcox

Carter Wilcox currently holds the position of Head of Special Projects at Etched since March 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff and BD Lead at Character.AI from November 2022 to April 2025, and as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) between January 2021 and September 2022, focusing on strategic initiatives for prominent clients, including hardware and software product development. Earlier roles include participation in the Implementation Team at COVID Safe Paths in 2020, where partnership development with state epidemiologists and public officials was key to launching a privacy-focused contact tracing initiative. An internship at Nestlé was completed in the summer of 2018. Carter Wilcox holds a degree from Harvard University.
