Matsatsi Hlongwana has worked as an Admin Intern at Inqaba Yokulinda Youth Organization from November 2016 to January 2018 before transitioning to the role of Administrator at ETDP SETA in January 2018. Matsatsi studied at the University of Johannesburg, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Community Development and Leadership in 2015, followed by an Honours degree in Public Management and Governance in 2016.
