Jesse Harris

Jesse Harris is an experienced academic and professional, currently serving as the ADVANCE Program Coordinator, Research Assistant for the Greek New Testament, Adjunct Professor, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Gateway Seminary of the Southern Baptist Convention since 2019. Additionally, Jesse has held the position of Biblical Hebrew Professor at eTeacher Group since 2020, and previously worked as a Translation Specialist in Hebrew at unfoldingWord, a Content Writer and Editor at Docent Research Group, and a Guest Teacher at San Bernardino City Unified School District. Jesse's early experience includes a pastoral internship at Imago Dei Church - Raleigh, a Campus Missionary role with the North American Mission Board, and service in the US Army as an Air Defense and Military Police. Jesse earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Studies from Gateway Seminary in 2023, alongside various other degrees, including an MBA from Liberty University and an MDiv in Christian Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
