Roberto Alvo

Roberto Alvo is a seasoned Product Manager at eTeacher Group since May 2012, leading cross-functional teams to enhance eTeacher's CRM system through innovative and scalable solutions. With a background in QA, innovation management, and customer relations, Roberto has previously held positions such as Innovation & QA Manager and Customer Relations Team Manager, where responsibilities included improving product quality, overseeing customer support teams, and managing key performance indicators. Prior experience includes roles at Office Sistemas, where Roberto gained expertise in software project management and customer support, and Mochini Modas, where responsibilities encompassed IT management and CRM implementation. Roberto holds degrees in Computer Systems from FAAP and various language certifications from Tel Aviv University, Ulpan Gordon, and Wall Street Institute.
