Anastasia Kompaniets has a wealth of experience in IT project management and business analysis. Anastasia began their career in 2015 as a Project Coordinator/Business Development Manager at The Empire Recruitment. In 2017, they moved to IMS-Ukraine as a Project Coordinator (Human Resources). In 2018, they joined Danavero Inc. as an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst, where they were responsible for project management and business analysis tasks such as activity and resource planning, cost estimating, developing budgets, and conducting user testing sessions. In 2019, they moved to Uptech, where they continued in the same role and was responsible for gathering critical information, preparing projects' documentation, evaluating business processes, and leading ongoing reviews. Currently, they are employed at eTeam, Inc. as an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst.

Anastasia Kompaniets received a Bachelor of Philology in English language and literature from HNPU in Kharkiv, Ukraine between 2013 and 2017. Anastasia also received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from DSU in Ukraine between 2012 and 2016.
