Ruslan Ponomarenko

Ruslan Ponomarenko has over 16 years of professional experience in the IT industry. In 2004, they began their career as a Chief of Telecommunication Department and Senior IT Engineer at Wicom Technologies, Inc. where they were responsible for the deployment and operation of W.E.B. In 2007, they moved to EDB Business Partner and worked as an Offshore Unix Team Leader and Senior IT Engineer, managing servers (OS/HW) daily operations and providing incident, problem, change, asset management and request fulfillment. In 2012, they joined EVRY ASA as an Offshore Unix Section Leader and was responsible for servers (OS/HW) daily operations, service continuity and capacity management, and incident, problem, change, asset management, and request fulfillment. In 2016, they moved to WorldAPP as a Service Operation Manager and was responsible for team delivery, incident/problem/change/asset management, and request fulfillment. Finally, in 2020, they joined eTeam, Inc. as a Project Manager.

Ruslan Ponomarenko obtained a Master's degree in Radioengineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 1985 and 1993. In July 2018, they also earned a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
