Nichole Schumann

Nichole Schumann has been in the insurance and employee benefits industry since 2013. Nichole began their career at Bone, Robertson & McBride Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. In 2015, Nichole moved to Easterly Surety & Insurance Services INC. where they held the role of Account Manager and Bond Sales. In 2016, they joined RC Fischer & Co. as a Broker for Employee Benefits, Life, and Disability. Here, they educated clients on ACA compliance, COBRA, and Group Health guidelines, and assisted Human Resource Coordinators with their companies' needs and wants for Businesses Health Insurance plans. Most recently, in 2021, Nichole joined eTeamSponsor as a National Account Manager & Team Lead.

Nichole Schumann attended Clayton Valley High School from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a Diploma in General Studies. Nichole then attended Diablo Valley College from 2008 to 2010 and studied Communications and Broadcasting. Nichole also obtained their Life/Health Licence Certification in August 2016 and their Property/Causality Licence Certification in May 2015.
