Shawn Oxendine

Shawn Oxendine has extensive experience in electrical engineering and construction, currently serving as a Commissioning Specialist at ETEC Service en Engineering since June 2021, focusing on Ground Water Projects. As a self-employed Electrical Specialist since June 2020, Shawn has also contributed to Duke Energy Corporation since May 2012 in various roles, including Construction Specialist and Electrical Field Engineer, involved in PMC Solar Projects and ensuring compliance with designs and work orders. Prior experience includes serving as an Electrical Supervisor at DZ Atlantic from April 2004 to June 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing electrical tasks during major projects such as Steam Generator and Digital Control Rod Drive replacements. Additionally, Shawn has a military background with the US National Guard and US Army, performing maintenance on military vehicles. Education was pursued at UNC Pembroke from 1994 to 1996.
