Aditya Kalra is an experienced operations professional with a career spanning over 17 years in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Droom since May 2022, Aditya focuses on team performance management and optimizing lead monetization. Prior to this, Aditya was the Site Head for the Contact Centre at Magicbricks, where customer satisfaction improvements were implemented. At Max Life Insurance, Aditya spearheaded service excellence initiatives to enhance customer loyalty. Aditya's extensive background includes significant tenures at American Express, where various analytical and operational roles were held, as well as positions at GENPACT, IBM, Keane India Ltd, and EXL.
