Aditya Rathore

Aditya Rathore is currently a Team Leader in Technology at Policybazaar.com, leading the Refunds Tech team since January 2020. Previous roles at Policybazaar include Senior Technical Associate and Technical Associate, where Aditya contributed as a backend developer for the Core Team to centralize customer data and served as a full stack developer for the Payment Gateway Team, focusing on gateway integration and dashboard development. Aditya began the career with an internship as an SDE in the Payment Gateway Team. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer internship at Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicle Limited, working on production reports and assembly line instructions. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from VIT University, Chennai, completed in 2020, and attended New Digamber Public School from 2011 to 2015.
