Kacia Mongeau

Kacia Mongeau is the Director of Program Management at Etegent Technologies. Kacia has also served as the Manager Program Management at L3Harris Technologies and as a Program Manager at L-3 Fuzing & Ordnance Systems (FOS). Prior to that, they were a Quality Engineer at Berry Plastics.

Kacia has a long history of working in the engineering and quality assurance field. Kacia has a proven track record of managing programs and projects successfully. Kacia is an expert in quality assurance and has helped their previous companies to improve their products and processes.

Kacia is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where they studied mechanical engineering. Kacia is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Kacia Mongeau has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and an Associate of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts, General from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College. Kacia is certified as a Trained Mentor from the Mentor Collective.

They work with Adam Nolan - Chief Technology Officer, Mike Morgan - VP of Finance, and Kate Legters - VP of HR. Kacia Mongeau reports to Stuart Shelley, CEO & President.
