Our primary services are architecture, engineering, and construction management for the Department of Defense and numerous Federal Agencies. Etegra also provides civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering to our local public and private clients. At Etegra, our greatest asset is our people. Our firm is committed to a high level of service, technical expertise and thorough execution to ensure we meet our customer’s needs. What We Do Best Secured Facilities The security requirements of our projects include limiting access to buildings, protection of building and occupants from intentional external and internal threats, site standoff distance and progressive collapse resistance, and control of individuals in law enforcement environments. We have dealt with physical and electronic security systems as well as with the security of power and data. MEPF: Energy Efficiency In the start of a renovation project, Etegra will benchmark existing energy usage and evaluate energy consuming systems on a system-by-system and room-by-room basis. Our personnel have created some of the most energy efficient schools and buildings in the industry, including two LEED platinum schools which have demonstrated over 50% energy savings. PM/CM PM/CM is more than a service, it's a process designed to deliver Earned Value Management. Our management approach is geared to shape effective decision making from inception to operations and maintenance through on-going Special Inspections. As part of an initial and/or routine maintenance program, we perform Facility Condition Assessments utilizing software like BUILDER SMS to fulfill our clients' mission, and in turn, provide auditable data for proactive project management analysis and action.
