Amruta Sambhoo

Amruta Sambhoo currently serves as the HR Leader and Business Partner at Eternis Fine Chemicals Limited, focusing on corporate COE, talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management systems, employee engagement, digitalization in HR, and learning and development since October 2022. Previously, Amruta held the position of Sr HR Manager - Talent & Transformation at Stelmec Limited from October 2018 to June 2022, leading a team that managed talent acquisition and HR operations for over 500 employees and designed onboarding programs with premier institutions. Earlier experiences include roles at Shaadi.com as a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner, Future Orgs HR Solutions as Partner for Leadership Hiring across multiple regions, and Vodafone in HR & Talent Acquisition. Amruta holds an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, as well as an MBA from Mumbai University, and has recently completed a certification in Compensation & Benefits.
