Prior to joining Eternus Solutions, Dayaldas has worked across organizations like Fujitsu Consulting, Capgemini, CMC, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Xansa, HCL Consulting and has held positions like Delivery Head, SBU Head, Regional Head, Service Delivery Head, Application Development head… He has worked onsite in UK, US, Middle East for 10+ years and has managed geographies of UK, Europe, Middle East, Nordics, Benelux & India. Dayaldas has a track record for customer centricity, passion for delivery excellence, and thrives on innovation. He has in-depth understanding of the IT Services business, including hands-on experience of working with global delivery models. He is also a Certified Scrum Master. His domain experience spreads across Utilities, Telecom, e-Governance, Insurance, BFSI and has exposure to a multitude of technologies from Mainframes to the latest digital technologies encompassing IOT, ML, RPA…and is a strong evangelist of DevOps.
