Doyin Adewolu

Doyin Adewolu (MCIPM) has a diverse work experience in human resources. They served as the Head of Human Resources at Etex: Nigerite Limited, where they were responsible for organizational development, talent sourcing and development, human resources planning, compensation and benefits programs, and staff engagement. Doyin also worked as an HR Business Partner at Flour Mills of Nigeria, first for the Golden Pasta & Noodles division and then in Corporate Services, Commercial & Agro-Allied Business. Earlier in their career, they held the position of HR Administrator/ Group HR Advisor at Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited.

Doyin Adewolu (MCIPM) completed a Master's in Public & International Affairs from the University of Lagos from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, Doyin studied History & Strategic Studies at the same university. Doyin also completed the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination in Humanities at Command Day Secondary School Ikeja from 1992 to 1998. Additionally, in 2020, Doyin obtained certifications in Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner from APMG International.
