Isabelle Francheteau

Isabelle Francheteau currently serves as the Regional Head of Human Resources for South West Europe at Etex since October 2021 and holds the position of Certified Professional Coach at Your Coaching Solutions since August 2021. From July 2007 to August 2021, Isabelle worked at Albemarle Europe SPRL, advancing through various roles including Managing Director - Vice President Human Resources for the Catalyst Division and Vice President Global Human Resources for the Refining Solutions GBU, where responsibilities encompassed leadership over HR for employees in multiple countries across various continents. Prior experience includes roles at Albemarle Corporation as HR Manager and Global Talent Management Manager and at Turner Industries as a Recruiter. Isabelle Francheteau holds a DESS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universite Rene Descartes Paris V and a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Universite de Nantes.
