Louise Cail

Louise Cail is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Etex. Louise has held this position since August 2018. Prior to their current role, Louise served as the Global HR Business Partner at Owens Corning from January 2016 to August 2018. Louise has also held the position of Director at HARROWMEAD CONSULTING LTD from April 2011 to December 2015, and HR Manager, Emerging Markets, at H.B. Fuller from January 2004 to March 2011. Louise began their career in HR in 1998 as an HR Generalist at Swagelok, and they have also served as an HR Advisor for Synstar.

After completing their Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Exeter, Louise Cail went on to complete a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at The Manchester Metropolitan University.

They work with Neil Ash - Head of Building Performance, Alex Carnevale - Chief Performance Officer, responsible for EHS, Purchasing and Engineering, and Michael Fenlon - Head of Exteriors. Louise Cail reports to Paul Van Oyen, CEO.
