Malc Stamper has extensive work experience in marketing and brand management. Malc started their career as an Area Sales Manager at Makita UK before becoming a Product Manager. Malc then worked as a Marketing Manager at Trend Routing Technology, where they managed global expansion. Stamper then joined SAS International as a Brand Manager, delivering new products and building brand equity. Malc later became the Group Marketing Manager, repositioning the organization and growing its market share. Currently, they are working at Etex as the Head of Corporate Brand, responsible for digital, communications, and marketing.

Malc Stamper attended Vlerick Business School from 2016 to 2017, where they completed a Leadership Management Course. Malc also attended De Montfort University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies.
