Małgorzata Najmoła

Małgorzata Najmoła currently serves as Regional Marketing Manager for East Europe at Etex, where responsibilities include overseeing the marketing efforts for the region and managing the EQUITONE brand as well as Etex Exteriors Poland. Previous experience includes a role as Digital Marketing Consultant for a self-owned business, and a significant tenure at Eden Springs Polska, where Małgorzata held various positions including Digital Marketing Manager. Małgorzata began a career at A-Team Recruitment and progressed from Junior Marketing Specialist to Marketing Specialist. Educational qualifications include a MiniMBA completed in 2023 and a postgraduate degree in Public Relations from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, along with a Master’s degree in Film and TV Production from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
