Lucy Rands

Lucy is an Investment Manager and joined ETF Partners in 2016.

Lucy splits her time between leading on new deals and working with portfolio companies Cloud&Heat and Greenbird, where she represents ETF Partners on the boards.

Holding a master’s degree in Materials Science from Oxford University, Lucy believes in the power of technology to overcome the challenges that face our world and enjoys working with impact-driven entrepreneurs who make that a reality.

Lucy is a champion for equal opportunities and is particularly motivated to support diversity in cleantech, advocating this topic both inside and outside the firm.

Away from work, she devotes some energy to trying to post a respectable triathlon time but can more often be found hiking, enjoying fine wine, or tending to a small jungle of house plants.
