Tiina Tanav

Tiina Tanav is the current finance manager at ETF Partners. Tiina has previous experience working as a reception team leader at both the Canary Wharf Group and Barclays Investment Bank. At both companies, they were responsible for managing teams of receptionists, ensuring the smooth running of reception areas, and developing relationships with internal and external clients. Tiina is a skilled communicator and motivator, with a proven ability to adapt their behaviour or plans to achieve outstanding results.

Tiina Tanav has a diploma in Tourism and Catering Management from Kuressaare College of Tallinn University of Technology. Tiina also has an ILM Level 3 Apprenticeship in Management, with a focus in Leadership and Management, from Westminster Kingsway College.
