Jacqui Kingston

Jacqui Kingston is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in leading talent and leadership initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Export Trading Group since March 2022, Jacqui has designed and implemented global leadership development programs aligned with organizational strategy. Previously, Jacqui worked as Learning eXperience Lead for Africa & ME at Zutari/Aurecon, where innovative leadership development strategies were developed. Earlier roles include Talent Development Consultant at Aurecon, AME HCLC Regional Lead at Hatch, and various positions in training and development with a focus on aligning learning initiatives with business objectives. Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Boston City Campus and has professional training from City & Guilds.
