Julia Dannath

The Vice President for Personnel Development and Leadership is in charge of the Personnel Development and Leadership department.

She is specifically responsible for the implementation of the human resources policy for the technical, administrative and scientific staff and for human resources management and human resource development for the entire staff. She supports the President in implementing the personnel policy for the professorships, is responsible for the implementation of and compliance with personnel law provisions, the implementation of equal opportunities and the promotion of diversity among ETH members. She is also responsible for personnel management in the departments and the central bodies and for supporting personnel recruitment and vocational training.
