Ryan K. McGinnis

Ryan K. McGinnis has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as the Director of Property Management at Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. since November 2013, where responsibilities include managing staff and overseeing operations of commercial properties in Northern California. Previous roles include Senior Property Manager and Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 40 and 30 commercial properties, respectively. Additional experience includes property management at CGA Property Management, Inc. for single-family homes, and various managerial positions at Clippinger Investment Properties and Best Properties for residential and retail portfolios. Ryan K. McGinnis holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from San Diego State University and a diploma from Jesuit High School.
