Jacqueline Gregorio

Jacqueline Gregorio is an experienced Change Manager currently at ETHAN since February 2022, overseeing the change management process for 147 customers, including itsMaaS clientele. Prior to this role, Jacqueline served as a Change Coordinator at CSS Corp, where processes and policies for change management were established. From January 2017 to September 2020, at Wells Fargo, Jacqueline worked as a System Support Analyst Level 4, managing the implementation of requirements for system releases while ensuring compliance with Technology Release Management policy. Earlier in the career at Accenture, Jacqueline held the position of Change Management Lead, where principles and methodologies were implemented to minimize service disruptions. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs from the Lyceum of the Philippines University, completed in 2006.
