Bob Finnis

Bob Finnis is an accomplished HRIS and Program Management professional with extensive experience in human capital management and implementation. Currently serving as Manager of HR Information Systems at Ethan Allen Global, Inc., Bob leads the Ceridian Dayforce implementation project and provides expertise in project management, training, and vendor integrations. Previous roles include Global HRIS Manager at MindTree Consulting Ltd. and Program Director in HR Analytics, where Bob managed teams across various countries and developed ecommerce solutions. With over 20 years in the industry, Bob has a proven track record in transforming HR operations through data analytics and effective project management, having also held significant positions at Hewitt Associates, Mellon HR Solutions, and Honeywell. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Fordham University.
