Wendy Panchou

Wendy Panchou currently serves as the Design Center Manager at Ethan Allen Global, Inc., a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Wendy was the General Manager at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams from September 2021 to November 2023. Wendy’s extensive retail management experience also includes positions as Store Manager and District Team Leader at LOFT Outlet, Store Manager at Ultra Diamond, Store Manager and District Manager at Whitehalls Jewelers, and Store Manager/District Manager in training at Gordon Jewelers. Wendy began a retail career at Bailey Banks & Biddle, where duties included maintaining the growth and profit of a $2 million store and achieving two Manager of the Year awards. Wendy is an alumnus of Valdosta State University and is a graduate of Vero Beach High School.
