Jamie Dodson

Jamie Dodson is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in sales, business development, and education. At Ethena, Jamie achieved significant milestones as a GTM Engineer, Outbound, by building the company’s first outbound sales strategy that resulted in over 325 meetings booked in ten months. Previously at Ceros, Jamie served as SDR Team Lead, Strategy + Process, where team-wide outbound playbooks were developed and quotas exceeded while mentoring new hires. Earlier career roles include a Hair Colorist and Educator at Art + Science Salon, where training programs were designed, alongside a writing tutor position at Columbia College Chicago. Jamie holds a degree in Cosmetology from Paul Mitchell the School-Chicago and a degree in Fiction Writing from Columbia College Chicago.
