Navya Kaur

Navya Kaur has extensive experience in editorial and user research roles, currently serving as an Editorial Associate and previously as an Editorial Assistant at Ethena since March 2021. Prior to this, Navya worked as a User Researcher at New America, where a significant project focused on increasing the uptake of the earned income credit in partnership with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. Additional experience includes positions at Accenture as a Tech Arch Delivery Analyst, and as a Design Fellow for the City of Boston. Navya has also held fellowship and internship roles at organizations such as Blue Shield of California Foundation, International Trade Administration, Fidelity Investments, and Girls Who Code, and gained early experience as an intern reporter for Tri-City Voice. Educational background includes a degree from San Jose State University, completed in 2020.
